If you're starting to get excited for PSG 26 Virtual Meeting - you are not alone! We are now soliciting donations of items to auction off at the Virtual PSG Silent AUKtion!
For the past decade, the Silent AUKtion has been held at each Annual Meeting to raise funds for Student Travel Awards. This has historically been a very successful event and has assisted more than 100 students in attending and presenting their work at the Annual Meeting! Our goal is to raise at least $2,500; money raised at this year's AUKtion will go towards Student Travel Awards for future PSG meetings.
Popular AUKtion items that you can donate include seabird or marine-themed artwork, photographs, crafts, books and field guides, t-shirts, field gear, and any interesting seabird or marine memorabilia. Don't let this list limit you, though, we're open to creative new ideas for auction items and experiences!
PSG are registered 501(c)(3) and offers tax receipts for all donations.
