Abstract Submission Is OPen through November 20th!

CLICK THE BUTTON BELOW TO GET STARTED

The deadline is November 20, 2025!

We’ve extended the deadline because we want to encourage more submissions! We welcome abstracts on all aspects of the biology and conservation of marine and freshwater-associated bird species and their habitats.

Abstract Submission | Abstract submission will take place via Oxford Abstracts—click here to get started. Note: Oxford Abstracts is separate from the Annual Meeting registration; in order to submit an abstract, you must create an account with Oxford Abstracts.

If you encounter problems making an account with Oxford Abstract, troubleshooting tips are available here. If you experience other problems, please get in touch with Don Lyons or Juliet Lamb.

Travel Awards | Anyone applying for a travel award should also complete the travel award application, which includes an approximate budget, budget justification/statement of need, and personal statement.
